Free how-to / Household calendar
Everyday plans.
One shared calendar.
Choose accounts your household already uses. Make a separate calendar, invite only the intended people, then check a fictional event together.
Choose your calendar route
Official instructions checked . These basic routes use existing personal free accounts; no paid plan, trial or family subscription is required. Work/school rules, child-account restrictions, device support and menus can differ. If a private route is unavailable, stop or choose another existing compatible account.
A calendar app and its account provider are different. Choose the provider that owns the calendar. Calendar sharing grants ongoing access, not just one event invitation. Cloud providers store the events you choose to add. A separate calendar reduces accidental sharing of personal plans, but is not an encryption or no-copy guarantee. Removal cannot recall screenshots or exported copies.
